1 Introductions, apologies and substitutions
1.1 The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting of the Standards of Conduct Committee. There were no declarations of interest.
1.2 Natasha Asghar sent her apologies, Peter Fox attended in her place.
2 Inquiry into Lobbying: Evidence Session 1
2.1 The Committee discussed lobbying with officials from Public Affairs Cymru.
3 Inquiry into Lobbying: Evidence Session 2
3.1 The Committee discussed lobbying with the Head of Policy at the Wales Council for Voluntary Action.
4 Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public from the remainder of this meeting
5.1 The motion to exclude the public from the remainder of the meeting under Standing Order 17.42 was agreed.
5 Inquiry into Lobbying: Consideration of evidence received
6.1 The Committee considered the evidence received.
6 Inquiry into Cross-Party Groups
6.1 The Committee discussed the papers and agreed minor changes to the rules on Cross-Party Groups.
6.2 The Committee agreed to return to the matter of a minimum number of Members at each Cross-Party Group in preparation for the Seventh Senedd.
6.3 The Committee agreed to note the papers again at the next meeting, as two Members had left the meeting leaving them inquorate.
